I commend the impromptu visit of the Borno State Governor, Professor Zulum to one of General Hospital in the State, where he found some Doctors absent on duty. This shows some of the unethical issues and lack of commitment by some of our health workers. I hope all Governors will emulate this strategy in order to check these menace and improve services at all General Hospitals because that is the only place the poor and dawn trodden masses can asses.
